Disclaimer:
This isn’t a quick fix loose a all your fat in 6 weeks program. This is a slower change your life style type of situation. The goal is to improve your health over time and while this will result in a loss of weight it will also be aimed at education of a better more sustainable way of going about your health.
STEPS
1 - Orientation
Coach Mitch meets with you (and your guardian if you under 18) via Zoom for a comprehensive introduction to our program. We evaluate your current health status.
2 - Testing
You will then complete a series of tests for coach Mitch in your own time so that the recording of data can take place for the base on which your program will be built. A full explanation on how to do the tests will be given in your orientation .
3-Routine explanation
A brief meeting explaining where you are after the results have been analyzed. From here you shall be given your first months routine to be followed with a full explanation of how to do the exercises properly and how to adjust as you get stronger through the process
4 - Check up
After 2 weeks we will have another zoom in order to establish how the program has gone so far and make adjustments if need be. This meeting should be very short and more of a general catch up with a chance to address any concerns.
5- monthly analysis
At the end of each monthly program, you retake all tests and submit the results to Coach Mitch, who provides a full breakdown and plots the progress.
6 - Display of results & a New program
Coach Mitch goes through the results with you and explains where you will move forward form here with the new months goals.

Set monthly Fee:
Set at a South African rate of R2000 a month (equal to around 120$)
- Due to time constraints a set number of people will be accepted and once fully booked new participant will only be accepted if athletes are no longer a part of the program
